Ways to Pay:

  • An online registration facility is available.
  • Post/Courier: Please post the registration form and Demand Draft in Favor of KFOG. -. Please send scanned AWB by e-mail in case of courier or receipt in case of speed post.
  • Credit /Debit card surcharge will be applicable.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The conference is on 23rd - 24th November 2024
  • Accompanying people and children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
  • PG Students should submit a Bonafide letter from the Head of the Department.
  • Registration cannot be transferred.
  • Airport Transfers cost is not included in the registration amount.
  • Organizers will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not fully filled.

Cancellation And Refund Policy:

  • No Refund will be given for cancellation requests received after 25th October 2024.
  • All requests for cancellation must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing by email only at gesticon2024@gmail.com
  • Cancellation requests for any paid registration MUST BE received by the Conference Secretariat through email to be entitled to a refund.
  • REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received on or before “25th October 2024” after deducting the administrative charges and cost towards refund, if any.
  • NO REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received through email after “25th October 2024”.
  • Refunds, if any will be processed post-conference within 20 days.
  • A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund as the fund has been received. NO CASH refund policy.

Payment Mode:

  • An online payment facility is available. The same can be accessed by online registration.
  • Offline Payment: Delegates who wish to pay by Cheque /DD may draw the same in Favor of the “GESTICON 2024” payable at “Kochi” and send it along with a duly filled registration form to the Conference Secretariat.
